if something goes wrong, he is going to be convicted of murder. A similar case happened in Columbus, Ohio. Two home invaders picked the wrong home to invade. Both were armed, but the paterfamilias was quicker on the trigger. He KILLED robber 1, and robber 2 surrendered. Robber 2 was subsequently convicted of FIRST DEGREE MURDER and sentenced to LIFE IN PRISON. That was perfectly just.
