Anyway as you may know, sir, Michelin stars are a rating system used by the red Michelin Guide to internationally grade restaurants on their quality. However many folks in Europe, England and France in particular, are saying that "Michelin" is like the equivalent of Kris Columbus, meaning although there is a good number of African or Black Restaurants out there with "great food" are been kept out of the Michelin radar
FYI, in the entire African continent, the 1st and only one restaurant that received a "Michelin Star" some years ago was a South African restaurant owned by a White Chef . Today in 2023 there are probably a total of 4 or 5 Black or African owned restaurants located in Europe and the U.S(NOT IN AFRICA) that have received some Michelin stars since its foundation in 1900, hahahahaha!!!
No Kris, fuucckk that, this the 21st century, we want some "Michelin Stars" for our restaurants too, MF. LOL
