Seems like Congo allows foreign prospectors to own the local gold mines.
They should let the people have that mountain, but I'm sure even the police would quit their jobs seeing that much extracted.
The U.S. allowed prospectors to own the mines they found, during the California gold rush; or at least take claim to the digs.
Ha, ha, talk about a rich land. The mountain is said to be upwards of 90% gold!
