I have a love for all mankind. So, I’m definitely not going to turn a blind eye on the injustice that effects my progeny. Western propaganda, often utilizing the news, puts the emphasis where they want, and it’s simply common sense that we ensure the framing emerges from the roots of the issue, or they’ll simply write us out of history and keep up the shenanigans. Our youth are dying a collateral death fostered by the misinformation campaign designed to keep them metaphorically asleep, focusing on what’s steered to them by the media folks watch everyday.
I can feel bad for the Palestinian plight and bad for our plight at the same time. The abeed (abid) anti-Black sentiment is an issue that needs to be front and center of this evolving issue in Israel.
"In large measure, 'woke' Black Americans like Angela DAvis and Black Lives Matter folks have always stood with Palestine..."
Of course they have, and that's BECAUSE THE PALESTINIANS HAVE ALWAYS STOOD IN SOLIDARITY WITH BLACK LIBERATION IN AFRICA AND ACROSS THE DIASPORA. That's it!
And I don't think Angela Davis can be described as "woke" (in quotation marks), given its present political currency. smh
"but paradoxically Palestine has not stood with us in relation to the modern-day hoax of the ancient world being 100% comprised of pink people."
That statement is so far from left field that I don't get the connection to the genocide the Palestinian people are going thru as we speak.
And when was that request made for Palestinian solidarity in correcting the falsehoods on ancient African history? Also, why put that burden on the Palestinian people when the entire world has been miseducated about the ancient African world and it's demographics?
I'm glad you are one of the scholars/intellectual warriors fighting to bring truth to the world, and i'm totally proud of you for this and support you 100%, but in this context you've lost me.
