Like Hillary’s campaign, indeed the GOP won-out in the blue-wall encounters. Meanwhile, the Ukraine issue is a no-win conflict. They are essentially Russians in a breakaway state, in many ways.
Putin has been intent in his efforts of recompensing the US for its covert operations, breaking up the Soviet Union, during the Gorbachev era. And now, it’s a distinct possibility that Trump is his pawn. Hopefully that’s not the case, though. We’d be much better off with a Trump-engineered fiefdom scenario, maintaining US long-term sovereignty.
