He picked an Indian guy, Dash Patel, a total conspiracy nutcase and who wants to lock up all the journalists who gave Trump a hard time..
He even promised to shut down the FBI headquarters on day one and get rid of most of the agents because he believes they're connected to the "deep state" and spied on Trump for the Democratic party..

Dash Patel even has connections to the conspiracy group QAnon, a group the FBI regards as "a domestic terror threat"..
...so the guy Trump picks to head the FBI has had connections to a group the FBI considers a "domestic terror threat". Gosh, you can't make up this shit!
