Isaac Bryant(photo below) is an assemblyman from California in Los Angeles, and he is one of the ones who blocked "reparations" for Black Californians. In fact he's the one who has his armed crossed trying to block what was going on. He literally sabotaged the reparations.

Imagine Isaac Bryant being the president of the USA as an "ADOS" which he is?!. LOL, clearly, he was not going to do shiit for AAs during his 2 terms of presidency.
