Oh how I long for 28 degrees. That's bicycle riding weather for me. It is -9 below zero in Milwaukee with a wind chill of -31 below. I'm supposed to meet up with a friend today to go to a Hawaiin restaurant. Fat chance of that! It actually hurts to be outside in this weather.
