It all makes sense.
Everyone on the far-right & neo-Nazi movement praised Musk for that salute. They had no doubt in their minds it was a Sieg Heil kinda thing.
More instructive for me was how quickly the ADL and other Jewish organizations (not all) sought to give Musk a pass for what he did twice, the so-called "awkard gesture".
It was only the next day when he started making jokes about Nazism etc., did the ADL eventually & carefully criticize Elon Musk. Such hypocrites!
These days you're only an antisemite if you don't support Israel without qualifications.

Btw, if any other leader acted the way Trump is acting & abusing power, the US would be loudly condemning them and imposing sanctions.
