Of course not all Latinos are like Felix Tijerina, its just common sense. In California there are all types of Latinos and some of them in that state may not be your favorite people. In Boyle Heights, Los Angeles, according to the article below some of them acted like those White Mobs who destroyed Black Wall street in Tulsa, Oklahoma, back in 1921. Why would an oppressed minority group do that to another oppressed minority group of AAs???
