The Corporate DEI has however tragically failed many Black Professionals.

LOL, Of the top 500 companies in the U.S, how many do you think have a Black CEO?? 2,3 or 5? hahaha

And while that number has since probably risen to a record high of 6, that leaves Black CEO representation in the Fortune 500 just over one 1%,..dismal by any measure.
