There was nothing worse than the moral vacuity of their votes, Les. You cannot vote for someone who doesn't have your best interest at heart. They voted against their own self-interests. A senseless voting decision that changed everything overnight. As you know Democrats have failed a number of times to ameliorate the plight of black America, this time(2025) the Republicans have clearly "abandoned" the Latinos and the Arabs.

FYI, many Latinos refused to vote for Kamala because she's Black, yes, they were like no, we don't want another "Obamala", we'd rather vote for another Latino candidate or Trump,.. and the Arabs refusal of voting for Kamala was due to Biden's Administration support of Israel although Kamala showed them that she will not follow Biden's policies. Yet most voted Trump in as if Trump always cared about Arabs and will "overnight" work and support Palestinians only once he reached the oval office. These are half-witted people.

In any case the ongoing concealed racism in these 2 communities had perfectly worked against them this time in the United States. In other words they deserve Trump.

TheOne, you're totally correct, here. The media sets the tone. The people in any of the aforementioned communities are informed by the media. The media is what is called the fourth estate.

Trump, like other dictators, for example, has neutralized the Legislature, and maybe even the judicial system in this country -- the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches represent the three estates of U.S. power.

Now, the media can fix a lot of the thought trends and even framing surrounding the Trump fiasco if they want to. Let's see if America's fourth estate will wake up.

They can promulgate the information we have here at LLC and mitigate the senselessness overnight.

Unbelievable, Trump said he would turn Gaza to a resort, a Middle Eastern Riviera, and make sure it will belong to America afterwards. Trump also said that he will deport "millions" of undocumented and documented Latinos during his 4 yrs term. I Can't comprehend why he's doing this to these 2 communities after they massively voted for him(Trump).

Please folks, I mean Black folks, these 2 communities(Arab Muslims and Latinos) as Cornel West pointed out are indeed our "Brown" brothers and sisters. Not fair what is happening to them. And the two videos below clearly explain why we "blacks" should stand shoulder to shoulder with Arabs and Latinos in the United States.
