So its Sylvester Turner(photo)and may he RIP. I'm sure I've seen his face before but can't remember where and when. Reading a bit about his biography now, indeed he was born in Houston and was an attorney too. He also won his second term as mayor of Houston over the more conservative Tony Buzbee. In his early life he was a senior class president and valedictorian at klein high school. Dude was brilliant from the outset.
