The White House press secretary says news about Trump deporting Ukrainians is "fake news" coming out of Reuters:
'This is more fake news from Reuters based on anonymous sources who have no idea what they're talking about. The truth: no decision has been made at this time," she wrote in a post on X. [3.6]
😆🤣😆...that's a denial that isn't quite a denial. She's simply denying that a decision has been made "at this time". Meaning, it's not official yet, even though it's not only Reuters reporting the story.
My guess is, the White House deliberately leak this story to test initial public reaction.
