Apparently Musk is reposting this to kinda justify his firing of federal workers etc.
😆🤣😆...by this logic, Hitler & Stalin didn't do the actual killings, it was their average regime workers who did.

The ADL did offer some mild criticism of Musk but if you checked mainstream media, not much coverage, if any.
