Bogues himself said it is untrue. Also, i don't believe he was able to dunk. He never did it in an NBA game. I read where he said he could come close to dunking. Spud Webb however could dunk.
BTW, on a good day in my 5'11" days, with a running start from half court, while palming a volleyball, I could do it. LOL!!!!
