Not surprised about Liberia, you know in Liberia the Americo-Liberians, descendants of freed slaves and American settlers, had previously held significant economic, social, and political power in the country. Lots of mental brainwashing took place in Liberia before Samuel Doe came on the scene. I believe the Ivory coast govn't is against Traoré but NOT the people of Ivory Coast.

I'm not hoping or expecting anything close - it's a Hollywood reality.I just want the Western powers to leave Ibrahim Traore alone to serve his country, it's citizens, and influence a younger generation of like-minded Africans.. and the Black Diaspora too.
btw, Liberia was the only place in Africa that treated the supporters of Traore badly - arrested them etc etc...unless it happened somewhere else I don't hear about.
