Paul Biya has been the president of Cameroon since 1982. How come "France" is not mad at that? How come France is not criticizing Paul Biya? How come France didn't militarily attack Cameroon? How come France didn't overthrow Paul Biya or try to assassinate him like she does with Traore? Why is France more busy focusing on Traore NOT Paul Biya?
