Malema under the South African constitution(since S.A is a democracy) has the right to exist and express himself as the founder and leader of the EFF,.. same way other separatist white Boer(Afrikaner) organisations exist and have the right to express themselves. But of course if any of them exceed the limits(racially motivated crimes, homicides, physical attacks etc) then they will have to face the law in the courts of South Africa.

And if I was Ramaphosa I would've not hesitated to immediately remind Trump about the KKK which also has the right to exist and terrorise Black folks under the U.S constitution. If I was Ramaphosa I would have certainly told Trump about the fact that one study found that there were "4,467" total victims of lynching from 1883 to 1941. At that point I bet you Trump would have turned off that TV screen in the White house very rapidly. LOL!!
