Do you know how many Ethiopians, Somalis and Nigerians and Zimbabweans were either killed or injured in South AFrica because of the xenophobia and the anti-immigration settlements?. I don't recall any of the local natives in S.A who attacked or kill migrants in Johannesburg being brought to justice on behalf of Nigeria or Ethiopia's embassies. And wait a minute, I have never seen these African countries demanding an "extradition" of a person accused of murdering their citizens in the host country.
LOL, now if you murder an Israeli citizen in Zambia, guess what Zambia will do? Zambia will promptly hand-over that Zambian criminal to Israel. And that's power right there, buddy. African countries have not yet reached this stage. LOL!! Nigeria cannot and have not yet demanded an extradition of a Russian citizen accused of killing a Nigerian student in Moscow.
Further more, LOL, if an Israeli citizen deletes your Caribbean buttt and run to Israel, St-Lucia will never be able to see this Israeli criminal again no matter what, coz Israel will NOT hand him over to St-Lucia anyway. Hahahaha

Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Ethiopia etc., have all been very vocal when their citizens have been messed with overseas in places like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Russia, and even China. I swear.
Plus, even within the continent, you've had Nigeria going after South Africa for their treatment of Nigerian migrants etc.
...even the Congo protested against Belgium when they found out some Moroccan guy was kidnapping & enslaving Pygmies in a basement in Brussels.
