Yes, a founding member of the Congressional Black Caucus from Harlem. He was a TRUE Harlem original, a real Harlem boy. Harlem by the way was my favorite Black area in the entire United States to be honest. Maybe because of its renaissance, Malcolmx, Marcus Garvey, its cultural flourishing and a renewed sense of racial pride. Too bad Charlie ended up violating the trust.
