Jimmy Ababio(photo&article below) from the socialist party of Wallonia, Belgium, became the first Black mayor of Péruwelz city in Wallonia, Belgium.

LOL, yes, he's a socialist and a "Rasta". Jimmy Ababio kinda reminds me of Yannick Noah the Black French former professionel tennis player who won the French Open in 1983 and is currently the captain of France's Davis Cup and Billie Jean King Cup teams.
