"Where is Haiti's wealth?"
That's an important question cause from the beginning Haiti's wealth has never stayed in the country and has never benefited it's people. At least some of the mulatto elites stole a whole bunch of it and deposited their loot in Canadian & French banks - some in America too.
And let's not gloss over the fact that local Haitians, those in power, have also stolen lots of Haiti's wealth - i'm referring to the Black Haitian MFers. ANYWAY..

Haiti has a new Ambassador, Henry Wooster, who's just been appointed by the Trump administration. Meaning, there's a MAGA bastard serving America's interest in Haiti.
