Hahaha, France is always playing the "good cop" when it comes to its foreign policy approach, particularly in contrast to the United States and United Kingdom. I remember in 2003, U.S & U.K both wanted to go to war against Iraq, France said NO, leave Iraq alone.

Today same thing France wants to recognize a Palestinian State but the U.K and the U.S disagreed, not having it. LOL, yes, its definitely the good cop vs the bad cop tactic.

LOL, its like saying the good Kris vs the bad Kris. Anyway, all I know is that Kris is Kris doesn't matter. I'm still SMDH, why France would want to recognize a Palestinian state(which is good) but at the same time have all of West Africa "impoverished" under the "FCFA" currency. Dammn, sounds like God and the devil in one and the same body.
