This must be a straight up influence, a copycat style coming from South Africa where the White town only has been built in 1991 in Orania which is predominantly populated by Afrikaners, a group of white South Africans of Dutch descent. It is known as a "whites-only" town due to its deliberate effort to create a community where only Afrikaans(Broken Dutch) is spoken and where non-white residents are not a part of the community.

Today as we speak White Americans want to achieve the same goal in Arkansas and Missouri states for now. This should really open up AA eyes to bring their "dollars" together in the community and support Black businesses. Financial segregation is "vastly superior" than residential or spacial segregation based on race. So let them have as many White towns as possible, who cares. LOL!!
