A LOST GENERATION...

This is part of Rapper Lil Wayne lyrics referencing Emmett Til:

Of course after the uproar he backed down & kinda apologize, but the question remains: how did a popular Black rapper think this was okay? And why did the record label find that vulgar lyric, referencing Emmett Till, acceptable?
