Don't forget that Qatar is pretty good in "destabilizing" the countries around, Al Jazeera has been criticized a number of times for being Qatari state media. A few years Qatar even helped the Mossad to enter the country in order to put to sleep some anti-Israeli Palestinian or Lebanese militants exiled in Qatar, etc,.. several Arab countries already cut ties with Qatar. Also Qatar, sir, established unofficial trade relations with the State of Israel since the mid 1990s, the second amongst all nations of the Arabian Peninsula after Oman.
And one last thing Mr G, LOL, Qatar is also known for its Abdulites prejudices towards people of African descendants or African immigrants living there. The Afro-Qatari Arabs are called "Abd" or "Abeed", just like anywhere else in the Middle-east.
