Thats soo funny, ha-ha,...but incorrect coz they can find and get plenty of that in South Africa where there is a significant population of Mulattoes and Coloreds and all types of other light-skinned Blacks in the western cape, South Africa. 
My greatest dream is to meet one day a light-skinned "Dinka" person from South Sudan. It may take 3000 years coz it just doesn't exist(ha-ha-ha). Every Black nationality/country/tribe, or diaspora in the world has some "light skinned" "Brown skinned" Blacks living amongst the dark skinned ones, BUT NOT IN THE DINKA TRIBE. ITS NON-EXISTENT. THERE IS SIMPLY NO LIGHT-SKIN BLACK WOMEN IN THE DINKA TRIBE MEANING BLACK AMERICANS WILL REJECT MOVING TO SOUTH SUDAN EVEN IF THE DNA SAID SO---->
