Hmmm, no one has stopped the newly white only town in remote Arkansas from getting built,..but when Dr. Michael Tanner(photo below) originally from the state of Indiana planned to build a black only town in Texas in "2025" and bring wealth to Black communities, it came with a price. And now the state of Texas is taking legal action against him. LOL!!

Texas is literally suing this man state officials claim because he's trying to 'overthrow the local government' of an oil-rich county by offering black people free houses to move there and vote how he wants. The Indiana man, who claims to be running for president in 2028, has offered the land to up to 1,000 'melanated people' for free.

Why was the white only town in Arkansas tolerated but not the Black one? At least they let the Whites build their thing. Still SMH, Whites are constantly telling Blacks to get their own. And when they do it's a problem!! Ha-ha-ha-ha!!(Again, thats exactly what Malcolmx was saying. He said, Whites don't like it when you want to integrate with them, but at the same time they don't like it when you want to separate from them) LOL
