OMG, i'd even forgotten that it was Marianne Faithful!
Man, if you listen to her version on a good quality headphone, it will spook you out, especially with the rawness to her voice!
God I loved this woman, and not so much for her 60s & 70s pop & rock associations (looking at you mick jagger), but for her radical takes on things!

I remember distinctly when she had her Vanessa Redgrave moment, joining with other musicians calling for a cultural boycott of Israel because of their treatment of Palestinians, AND THAT WAS BEFORE THE GENOCIDE - actually it was in 2022.
And oh yes, she was tagged an antisemite blah blah blah.
