Juan Orlando Hernandez served only a couple months of his 45-year prison sentence..
Yep, the dude who flooded American streets with the cocaine that killed & destroyed so many American lives is out of prison..
MEANWHILE, Trump's "war on narco terrorists" is in full swing..
