From earlier this year President Traore warned about the so-called war on terrorists/Islamic groups on the continent. Don't forget he himself had problems with Islamic groups on Burkina Faso's borders. But he isn't being fooled:

Traore, once again, is spot on!
Fact is, there isn't one country America has engaged in to fight Islamic terrorism that has remained stable. From Afganistan, to Libya, to Somalia, to Iraq, and recently Syria; They all ended up worst than before and became vulnerable to western exploitation in terms of owning their natural resources.
Now it's Nigeria's turn.

hmm, I wonder what Traore is thinking right?
I don't have to wonder what the Nigerian gov't is thinking cause they're corrupt and ineffective: they can't even stop their school girls from being kidnapped and trafficked by Islamists. Sad.
