David Thompson, known as the Skywalker, was the most explosive guard of the 1970s and the blueprint for modern above-the-rim basketball. His vertical leap, body control, and fearless attacks changed how guards played the game forever. Yet his story is rarely told the way it should be.

Goshh, even Michael Jordan himself was "inspired" by David Thompson, he said it in the video below.
