I applaud her too, but she's now a dead woman walking. I'm pretty sure you're aware of how many politicians have been assassinated in Mexico, right? So it does not look promising for Sheinbaum.

And yes, I posted about Bukele's Palestinian roots here. And guess what, he's not the only Palestinian politician in South America with right-wing reactionary tendencies. There are a couple in Honduras too(2 top candidates in last election), and Chile too..and they support Netanyahu/Israel. Bastards!!

Now here's the trick to Bukeles so-called war on drugs: most of those in his torture prison are low level dealers & movers; the big El Salvador drug lords are still there doing business as usual, INCLUDING, paying off some of Bukele's gov't inner circle. Those drug cartels in Latin America are very tied up to the politicians in their area.
A good example is the former president of Honduras, Juan Hernandez, who Trump recently pardoned. Everyone knew he was tight with the country's drug lords EVEN WHILE being praised for being tough on drug dealers. I mean, it goes on and on.

Anyway, I wish Claudia Sheinbaum well, I'm a big fan. But it does not look good for her in Mexico.
