NY is not a Zionist city. People are surprise when I point this out. There are lots of anti-Zionist Jews there..and a huuge Orthodox sect(Haredi?) who are religiously anti-Zionists. Plus progressive Jews who support Israel but anti-genocide & and anti-Netanyahu.
Many of the college campus protesters were Jewish etc.
