As a Senegalese man I think he should've done that in France on behalf of the "indirect" French oppression of his country. French oppression of Senegal involved centuries of colonial exploitation, including forced labor, economic domination through control of resources, preventing the erosion of democratic rules and violent suppression of dissent. I've never heard of an Iranian Muslim who fatally shot some French ppl in a Parisian bar on behalf of Senegal as an oppressed Black Muslim country.
