Some Arab nations had low level diplomatic relations with Israel even as they expressed support for the Palestinians and many provided aid.
Name one Arab country which supported Israel over Palestine. Even the corrupt UAE which continues to have ties with Israel and with Israel helping them kill Sudanese people, never supported Israel over Palestine.
