If Gaddafi had succeeded with his nuclear weapons project, Libya would still be a successful functioning African country. Obama & Israel would never mess with a nuclear weapon Libya.
Gaddafi pounded the idea of having nuclear weapons into the heads of other African countries but they never really took it seriously.

One of the best things NOrth Korea & China did was to build an education system centered on the hard sciences & national culture. And that's how they were able to build such successful nuclear programs - their children didn't play around. They knew shit!!
