Umm, no surprise here!
They're not paying reparations to the British islands in the Caribbean so why expect reparations to any Black people both before and post.

I've always said that for Black people to get reparations they'll have to be a powerful force wherever they are and in their own right.
The Jewish community didn't get reparations from Germany because the Germans were kindhearted; reparations were paid because they were powerful enough, economically, to demand it.
