Indeed, Russia, China, Cuba, Venezuela, I mean all these so called bad countries voted for slavery "reparations" at the U.N,... but the good countries like Israel and USA voted against it with this freaking anarcho capitalist "fifth world" country Argentina that voted against it too, and Ukraine(good job Putin) abstaining from it.
