Another Black politician betrayed our trust and is resigning..
She is Congresswoman Sheila Cherifilus McCormick (D-Fla)..
Her choice was to resign or face expulsion..
She made her exit thru early resignation.

Anyway, she stole $millions from Fema to satisfy her materialistic impulses..
From what i've read about her case, it's an ugly picture - more guilty than not!

So many of our ancestors fought & died for the right to represent ourselves, now this.
Again, to repeat myself: we vote these folks into office and don't hold them responsible and accountable.
As a matter of fact, there's no governing body or organization to keep an eye on our so-called elected politicians; given that absence, they stray and become corrupt.
