Yes I know, I haven't post about Mayors for quite some time now, but I couldn't help it when I saw Bally Bagayoko who is a French politician born and raised in Levallois-Perret, France, in 1973. (photo below)

Not sure if Bally Bagayako is the first or second Black mayor of Saint-Denis, France, but when he won the election I 'Kris' was there in mid April 2026 just last month(check the article) throwing A TIRADE OF RACIAL INSULTS AT HIM. I WAS SO ANGRY!!

Saint-Denis which merged with Pierrefitte-sur-Seine in early 2025, is the most populous commune in Île-de-France after Paris.
