Ha-ha-ha-ha!!! Anyway yes, it was just a few AAs who voted from Trump about 15% which is only 7 million ppl out of 52 million Black citizens.
Hispanic/Latinos vote for Trump was way superior, way above 15% I believe around 48% in 2024. Nearly half of Hispanic voters backed Trump.
I hope I answered your("few" and "maybe some") questions the best I could in order for you to avoid the "confusion".

Yes, dont get me wrong, i hate the fact that African Americans are denied hospitalization, BUT!!!!!:::::: why did they vote for Donald Trump, who no doubt is all for this policy? or was it just a few? or maybe some? oh shit!! I am so confused. anyway. this is an important factor that needs to be discussed. Let's focus on that for now.

You just can't trust these bastards, their minds are naturally vicious. I mean even when the economy is well and booming, even when vacancies and openings, job opportunities, positions, etc are available, these bastards would keep throwing a wrench in the works. Creating obstacles to those who don't look like them.
Outright Denial and Segregated Care: Many white-controlled private hospitals entirely prohibited the admission of Black patients. In many instances, emergency care was denied outright, resulting in tragic and well-documented "fatalities" before patients could reach a facility willing to treat them. YES, this is what Trump wants to go back to.
During the Jim Crow era(photo below), Black Americans were routinely denied care at white-run hospitals in the South, or were restricted to underfunded, segregated wards(often in damp basements or unheated attics).
