I think its Argentina's "guilt complex", but as of today Argentina is trying to embrace a healthy guilt that may help correct this historical mistake of "hiding" its Black identity for decades now.

LOL, in fact none of the "Black diaspora" stats around the world are correct(except maybe in subsaharan Africa), they are just an estimation numbers, possibly concealing a different underlying truth or purpose. Like if you look at the population statistics of North Africa you will notice that it usually says the ppl are either Arab or Berber, the term "Black" or "African" is not mentioned although "Blackness" is indeed a significant part of the population in North Africa. In my opinion North Africans are worse than Argentines on their Black stats. Like Argentina, North Africans too act like Blacks don't exist in their countries--->LOL!!
