The guy saying so is Yehuda Shimon, one of the leaders in the Isreali West Bank settler movement. He's also a senior high-profile lawyer representing Jewish extremists arrested for expelling Palestinian land & property owners from the West Bank.

😆🤣😂..and he was bold enough to say that to a BBC reporter.
When told it was a racist thing to say, he replied "but it's the truth!"
