One thing I like about NYC, London, and Amsterdam(Holland) Les, is they truly respect your Rastafarianism 'hairstyle' aspect when it comes to hiring, promoting or appointing. No rejection needed. Its legally accepted through freedom of religion.

These are so far(I think) the only three cities where you'd see lot more Black lawyers, Police officers, Doctors, Train drivers, Bus drivers, Professors, Businessmen(photo below), and even Black Judges wearing dreads.
