A major new report by the prominent Israeli human rights group Bselem, titled "The Elimination Project," accuses Israel of systematically dismantling the conditions that allow Palestinians in the occupied West Bank to function as a community. These conditions include the ability to get to work, to take children to school or university, to receive medical treatment or municipal services, to meet family and friends, to cultivate land, or to go on vacation- the routine activity that make up human life.
