Now here is something related to your post and regarding the current search for the new UN leader: Not too long ago there was speculation and hope that Barbados' prime Minister, Mia Mottley, was the favorite to replace Guterres to become its new Secretary General - she'd be its first female leader and also first first Black woman to do so. BUT, Mia became too controversial for her criticisms of Trump in particular, and Israel's conduct in Gaza. AND, she was very loud & vociferous in HER STEADFAST SUPPORT FOR REPARATIONS FOR BLACK PEOPLE THROUGHOUT THE DIASPORA. And since she's British, she demanded the British gov't, the Royal family, and UK's banking institutions, pay reparations to her people in the British islands, colonies, commonwealth etc.

😆...all that to say, Prime Minister Mia Mottley is not gonna be voted or elected to lead the United Nations. Not gonna happen!
