I recall as a kid in the 50's witnessing two veteran police officers subdue a older man with a knife. He was incoherent and obviously mentally ill. One kept talking to him, while the other officer grabbed him from behind- No guns drawn, just two calm and cool veteran officers using good ole fashion common sense.
This whole framework of officer friendly changed when we integrated our military with our law enforcement.

Are you telling me that America's "white" police officers can't do this tactic to stop knife-wielding ppl like China's police do?? And its only a few Chinese officers, about 3 or 4 facing the lady holding a knife. No guns, no death. She got arrested.
Or you mean to tell me that America's White police officers are simply "bloodthirsty killers"?? In the second video(in NYC) there was like 100's of police officers(99% of them white) surrounding this knife wielding woman yet shot her dead. They couldn't arrest her which is bullshiit.
