Indonesia was oppressed by the Netherlands for roughly 350 years, Indonesia experienced Dutch colonial rule and exploitation from 1602 to almost 1800. These ppl suffered enormously. And now what is Indonesia doing? Exterminating the West Papuans.

THATS A LIE, and you must know it. Most third world countries who were once oppressed by the Western colonial powers either through slavery or territorial occupation are TODAY oppressing their second class citizens via their own class elite.
For example the Venezuelan white elite that has no more control over their oil today because of Trump, is the same elite(I call them the oppressed elite) that is/was oppressing Black and Indigenous Venezuelans for a long time. I have thousands of other examples in Africa and the Arab world but I don't have time to go through it, and I think its gonna be a waste of time.

You generalize too much about the oppress/oppressor. Most victims of all kinds of oppression DO NOT become oppressors, but you keep taking what is exceptional and make it common. That's not how things or life work.
AND, when the formerly oppressed become oppressors, it is our human duty to kick their arses just as we did to their victimizers.
Israel is the perfect example of this: from being victims of a holocaust to now becoming the perpetrators of one. Sad.
